Mandatory Vaccination Bill Introduced in Congress

Government is force. When it finds that soft force doesn’t work, it becomes more aggressive.

Having found itself unable to scare and/or coerce all Americans into “voluntary” vaccination compliance, now Congress has before it a bill titled the “Vaccinate All Children Act of 2015.” Of course this requirement is being done “in the public interest” and “for the greater good.”

It would accomplish the task of vaccinating all children by withholding federal funds from public elementary and secondary schools that enroll students who are not vaccinated according to recommendations of the Advisory Committee on Immunization Practices.

Of course, children are required by law to attend school, and most children attend public schools. And people are forced to fund those schools whether they have children attending them or not. Opting out of the public indoctrination camps passing as public schools requires jumping through special hoops and/or forking over large sums of cash to a private school.

And who sits on the Advisory Committee that sets the recommendations? Why, it’s health professionals who benefit — either directly or indirectly – from vaccination programs. And some get thousands of dollars from drug makers like Pfizer, Merk and GlaxoSmithKline for “consulting” and “speaking” fees. One member, Marietta Vazquez, M.D., pocketed more than $20,000 for three speeches.

Even if they worked and were without risk, vaccines only stimulate temporary immunity. By trading lifelong immunity for temporary vaccine-induced immunity, people become vaccine dependent. The winners of repeated mandatory vaccinations are the pharmaceutical companies. The losers are the people, who are first put at risk as children for vaccine adverse events and then put at risk as adults for repeated vaccinations that have already failed. The pharmaceuticals have discovered a money machine in mass vaccinations. But they need and have to have your body for the pretense.

The development of asthma, diabetes and autism in children has increased substantially in the last four decades, coinciding with the significant increase in childhood immunizations. People are finally recognizing the link and questioning Big Pharma, and more and more are beginning to “opt out.”

Public awareness has been manipulated. Why does no one question the authority of injecting agents of unknown toxicity into their body? Unbelievably, the general public is satisfied with the disinformation provided by the government. Unfortunately, now is the wrong time for apathy. We are on the verge of a vaccine mania and by the time our wakeup call comes, it just may be too late.

The worldwide market for human vaccine is now over $24 billion – and expected by the World Health Organization to rise to $100 billion in 2025 — with the underlying purpose cloaked by the guise of protecting public health.

The act of forcing people through intimidation and deception into dangerous medications is terrorism of the most malicious sort. This act by public authority constitutes assault, violating civil and human rights under national and international law.

There can be no “greater good” in this act of war against the American people.

  1. Who sponsored the bill? They NEED to be inundated with comments, emails and letters from from people pointing out the obvious (which has duly been noted here on this website), if you’re vaccinated, that is, immune, why are you worrying about the unvaccinated portion of the U.S. – unless, of course, you’re doing the bidding of pharmaceutical corporations?!

    1. Rep. Frederica Wilson. Ex-public school superintendent. I tweeted to her yesterday – pointed out the obvious: vaccines are for profit and herd immunity is bogus. Look at all the unvaccinated adults walking around not infecting anyone.

    2. ” if you’re vaccinated, that is, immune, why are you worrying about the unvaccinated portion of the U.S.?”

Here here… This is fundamental logic that they refuse to acknowledge, and try to do an end-around using bizarre arguments of “herd immunity” and other such nonsensical notions. It’s all so backwards. They have to reach for strained, special-case scenarios like “what if a kid receiving chemotherapy who can’t get vaccinated gets sick from an unvaccinated person?”

Brainwashed people doing the bidding of pharmaceutical corporations is right, manipulated by fear and group-think.

  2. The military also have forced vaccinations to sign up. They’re given 10 right on top of each other so that the poor victim can suffer nerve damage in a devastating way. Since only 10% see live combat and the suicide rate is way above 10%, the vaccinations must contribute to the soldiers’ poor health.

  3. Rep. Wilson, Frederica S. [D-FL-24] is the sole sponsor skunk of this bill, H.R.2232 – Vaccinate All Children Act of 2015114th Congress (2015-2016)

House – Energy and Commerce Committee

This list of committee members will tell you whom to contact if you’re amind to do that kind of thing anymore.

Doubt if R or D affiliation will mean anything as to how these committee members vote. All are infested with the mandatory vaccine disease.

Take a look at how a parent can get their child exempted from ” a ” vaccine by a doctor’s note each year. Good luck on that!

” “(2) EXCEPTION FOR CHILD’S HEALTH.—The funding condition described in paragraph (1) shall not apply with respect to a student if a duly registered and licensed physician submits a written certification at the beginning of the school year to the individual in charge of the health program at the student’s school—

“(A) certifying that the physician has personally examined the student during the preceding 12 months; and

“(B) certifying that, in the physician’s opinion, the physical condition of the student is such that the student’s health would be endangered by the vaccination involved; and

“(C) demonstrating (to the satisfaction of the individual in charge of the health program at the student’s school) that the physician’s opinion conforms to the accepted standard of medical care. ”

It would be very interesting, from the aspect of the law, or what we have left of “the law”. if some righteous parent would make a test case of this should it become law.

Parent should just not have their child get any or some of the required vaccines. Force the school district into legally expelling the student. Perhaps have an attorney guiding parent throughout this process.

    1. Parent should just not have their child get any or some of the required vaccines. Force the school district into legally expelling the student. Perhaps have an attorney guiding parent throughout this process.

The parent would need time to hide the child after expulsion, because I imagine social services would be on the way to confiscate the child “for its own good”. I can see a lot of scenes like the Elian Gonzales debacle, with the swat team member pointing the sub-machine gun at the kid while demanding he be handed over.

      1. I can imagine there’d be hell to pay should a child not receiving vaccines comes down with an illness. I would imagine the school would go bonkers should the child miss a day of school while citing the parent for negligence.
I am sure the government has already threatened many parents to take vaccines, or else!

    2. Easy vaccines to avoid would be the ones for chicken pox and for whooping cough. Neither disease is dread, especially for otherwise-healthy kids, and most people will probably agree that, out of all of the mandatory vaccines, these are among the ones that probably do more harm than good (I suspect all of them probably do more harm than good, but whatever).

If I had a child in school now, I’d totally do this. Unfortunately (or not), mine’s too old now. But I totally agree, this needs to be challenged right away.

  4. Does anyone have a grasp of whether there are multiple agendas being serviced by the vaccine hysteria? Besides the obvious money to be made for Big Pharma, who else benefits and how? The ‘mental illness’ fraud benefits both the pharmaceutical companies and entire ‘mental health’ establishment and the government. While the corporatist class robs and pillages the middle class they medicated us so we didn’t notice. We’re soon at the point where we are noticing so now we’re being force-medicated and disarmed, and possibly interned.

I guess the mandatory vaccines (there were always some mandatory ones so it seems the number is what’s orwellian) figure into a state-controlled concept of personal health, and serve to condition the masses into relinquishing their sense of personal choice in maintaining their own bodies. Perhaps the meta narrative is also further imprinted on us that to step out of formation is to somehow endanger the whole, since the vaccines target contagious diseases.

It’s odd that just today while undergoing minor surgery while I was still awake, I realized that there’s a very concrete reason a certain ethnicity chose to dominate the field of medicine before even attempting to achieve their hegemony through the legal system; to wield control over another’s body is the ultimate power. A high IQ person can train themselves and engage in pro se litigation. Making convincing and powerful arguments or political challenges doesn’t require overly specialized training, but cutting apart someone’s body – or theoretically their mind – does. To reign supreme over the body politic starts with asserting absolute power over the body of the individual.

    1. Sue: You asked about multiple agendas. The underlying question here is “Who owns our bodies?” If the state can forbid us from ingesting certain substances, and force other substances upon us, we’ll, are our bodies really our own?

Just the other day, my 17 year old pointed out that it’s those most concerned about over-population who are behind the push to force vaccines. So what do we make of that? It’s particularly fishy when one looks at the advances in “birth control”: there are vaccines that suppress fertility in both males and females; initially, the effect is reversible after a time, but after a second or third “booster”, the subject becomes infertile. Imagine that.

    2. Nice and helpful comment, Sue. Thank you.

“I guess the mandatory vaccines … figure into a state-controlled concept of personal health, and serve to condition the masses into relinquishing their sense of personal choice in maintaining their own bodies.”

We are at this point in time far beyond the soft form of coercion called “conditioning.”

We are also now far beyond our right to give “informed consent.”

We are at at time when we are much more fully informed about the dangers of certain medical procedures, including vaccines, and that is good. However, we are now posed laws that are thinly veiled totalitarian, or fascist if you will, deceptions and coercions.

We still have the right to say NO and we can now make that decision in an informed way, but we also now have the real possibility of many severe reprisals, some of them life threatening, for saying NO to mandatory medical procedures.

I offer the following info regarding a bill that has just passed in the Texas legislature regarding hospital policy and indirectly related to vaccines and is on the Governor’s desk for signature. This shows us how this hideous miscarriage of justice is carried out. There apparently was very big money fast-track-like pushing this bill to passing in both chambers almost unanimously.

“please contact governor Greg Abbott to ask him to VETO SB 359. (Bill text and history)
While SB 359 does not apply directly to the vaccination issue, it can cause problems for families choosing to delay or decline vaccines when they bring their child to an emergency medical facility. SB 359 allows for a person who comes voluntarily to an emergency facility for treatment to be temporarily detained without a warrant if they try to leave if there is a suspicion of mental issues to allow for time to be taken into involuntary custody and treated without consent.
This can be an absolute nightmare for families on the retaliatory end of a miffed health care practitioner when a family refuses vaccination and tries to leave if they disagree with the doctor. It could become a nightmare for a family with a child with autism or other behavioral disorders being brought to the ER for other purposes who are misdiagnosed by ER staff. Once could even envision hospitals abusing this unconstitutional detainment to rack up billable but unwanted treatments.
This problematic bill was recently brought to our attention by our friends at the Parent Guidance Center Here are some of the points they shared with us:
We are asking you to join us in a veto campaign against SB 359, one of the greatest threats to your rights and liberties this legislative session. We are calling it the “Forced Medical Treatment Act.”
SB 359 is about granting police powers to emergency rooms through warrantless detention. Presented as a “protection” for potentially mentally ill patients, this bill is about much more than that because it:

      • Circumvents longstanding legal precedents on the right to refuse treatment, ie “against medical advice”

      • Includes anyone who walks into hospital emergency rooms, free-standing emergency rooms, and inpatient mental health facilities for any kind of services or treatment, not just mental health issues

•Allows individual hospital policies to dictate what is now reserved for peace officers who have constitutional training
•Creates the perfect storm for fraud and abuse in an industry already noted for rising, rampant fraud and abuse

•Can incrementally erode a person’s rights because it will go in their medical record and will give the hospital time to diagnose and convert a person to an involuntary patient

•Violates a parent’s right to choose and refuse examinations and treatment for their children

      • Circumvents the existing informed consent process
      • Circumvents the statute barring deception and coercion at medical facilities
      • Absolves facilities of all liability in their policy and decision-making
      • Could have a chilling effect on people seeking urgent, life-saving medical care

  5. Hope I can express my idea here correctly.

I ask why this Florida congress member filed this bill. She has no cosponsors for this ostensible individual effort of hers but it is highly likely that she has some powerful BigPharma lobbyists behind her and that she has a record of pushing that agenda.

One of the answers I come up with for my question as to why she would file this major initiative all on her own and that seems to have little support and little chance of going forward in the House and actually passing eventually in to law is that this bill is known full well to be one that will not pass, so the effort is made for other reasons.

It seems to me that we are definitely headed toward mandatory medical procedures of all kinds, including vaccines, and that, at first at least, the threats of not complying will be withholding of other medical care or withholding of access to public schooling or withholding of access to being a beneficiary or recipient of a large number of government programs. The road to full lockdown of our right to be fully informed and to make our own health decisions is understood to be a gradual one. We are already far along this road and the progression and the rate of acceleration appears to be increasing, as though “they” are under some time deadline constraints to get it fully done.

I think the idea of this particular bill is to get the public protests going and to get a big misguided public debate going. The thing that is repugnant about this bill is the threat of not being able to have your child in public school if you as a parent want to decide which vaccines, if any, you want your child to have. The threat is that your free choice and your actually being the true parent and guardian of your child is gradually being ended through sly, coercive, veiled threats such as this bill. But the big public debate will be about the wrong thing. The debate will play out to be about how some vaccines are believed by a “bunch of wacko conspiracy theorist types” to be unsafe and actually deliberately injurious to a child’s health.

So this wrongly directed “debate” that people seem to fall into via “cruise control” actually helps the case of those who want to work for major steps toward total government control of health for children and adults and total takeover of parenting responsibilities and control for the State.

This bill, even if it goes nowhere in the congress and does not even ever come to a full vote on the Floor, will be a big success because the ensuing misdirected public crisis debate will just show all the more how needed mandatory vaccines are for all children and how “we” cannot allow a bunch of alarmist conspiracy wackos to take over the good health of our children and the proper operation of our public education.

Although it is true that we do not have good, true, solid scientific information about almost all of the vaccines, our protests should not be about that issue at all. And even though there is a growing mass of good information to show that vaccines are not helpful and probably injurious to health, that information is suppressed or disregarded by many parents, especially those in tenuous economic status and cannot afford private school or loss of job because no school for child. Still a debate about this wrong thing, the efficacy and safety of the vaccines, is very useful to the totalitarian operatives in our government.

This bill will probably fail, but the real action is in the reaction. If we want to protest this bill and engage in a public debate, be sure to focus such justified outcry on the violation of parents’ right to be in full control of a child’s health care and that parents have a concomitant right to a public education without fear of unjust reprisals of any kind to thwart that sacrosanct relationship between parent and child.

    1. You’re right on the nose with your assessment. It’s the worn but still effective, open the door by testing the waters, ploy.

A further goal is to find out how which legislators not in the loop will vote. And more, are they voting with $$$$$ in mind, are they voting with the people in their district in mind, or do they actually have a thought-out and reasoned basis for their vote.

The results and, knowing a good deal about how The Hill works, emissaries (usually staffers) will be employed to casually find how why a congressperson voted the way they did. All that’s being looked for is how potentially dangerous is a dissenting congressperson; do they have enough knowledge and conviction to damage the plan.

Congress people voting with $$$$ in mind or even for citizens can be swayed much more easily than someone with a larger, moral and logical agenda in mind.

    2. SB277 here in CA is moving forward and looks like it’ll be a “go”. Shockingly, there has been little outcry outside the homeschooling world. In fact, judging by comments on a neighborhood Facebook page, it’s widely supported.

Why was SB277 even necessary? Even with the more liberal exemption policy, vaccine compliance was around 97%–plenty high enough for “herd immunity”. Why didn’t they write a law targeting illegal immigrants? What about all those “unaccompanied minors” that were pouring in (and presumably still are)?

My prediction relating to compliance mirrors yours, Dachie: I think medical care will ultimately be withheld. That would certainly put our increasing reliance on pharmaceuticals to good use, wouldn’t it? Now that most of us are good and hooked on whatever meds (and probably more than one kind), we’re right where they wanted us. Thank heavens, my kid isn’t on any medication, though my husband and I both are (mostly the life-long kind, aka: “terminal” meds).

Every day it becomes clearer how we’re owned, body, mind, and, for many, spirit. We are slaves. The only course of action at this point, imho, is non-participation however and wherever possible. I may be a slave, but I won’t be a GOOD slave.
